Cielito Querido Café Carranza in State of Mexico

"It's great to see Cielito Querido showing up in the "nice" neighborhoods of second-tier cities like Toluca. One can only take so much Starbucks when traveling for business until the digestive track gives out. For the uninitiated, Cielito Querido is like a Starbucks that also serves Mexican drinks. Definitely try the Cafe de Olla and horchata, even if you've had these drinks before at other places--they're extra special at Cielito. As a place to work, the interior is pretty standard, with plenty of armchairs and small tables to keep you happy while you type away on your laptop. We didn't stay, so can't comment on the internet, but if it's like their other locations, it should be fine."
